It may be that the Agenda Report may contain sensitive information which is not for publication to the public – which is understandable; however, i would be useful to have a footnote to state the document is not published (on the web) – so one doesn’t try finding it.
Presumably, the content may be viewed by members of the public on request, but it would be useful to indicate in the footnote whether (or not) this is the case – or link to the relevant procedure (if there is one) regards accessing this document (or, perhaps, a procedure on handling sensitive information).
