The Wickwar Community Rooms are looking for a new Treasurer to join the Committee as soon as possible.
The role is voluntary and would suit someone with free time who can manage banking and payments, as well as attend three full meetings a year and the occasional sub-committee meeting.
A brief list of responsibilities include:
- Maintain Charity Commission registration
- Manage banking and payments
- Manage payroll for one employee
- Manage insurance of Community Centre
- Monthly and termly invoicing
- Reporting to Management Committee on financial position
- Maintain accounting records and produce annual accounts
- Generally contribute to the running of the Community Centre
You’ll be joining an extremely friendly team and doing something to help the community.
