It has been a hard year, and for some this will be a difficult Christmas, so the churches in this area have decided to do something practical to help.
They have purchased a number of high-quality Christmas Dinners from the charity the ‘Long Table’ which can be made available to anyone who would find them useful. It doesn’t have to be financial hardship, although this year many people will find themselves in this situation. It may be that the restrictions on meeting will mean you are having a lonely Christmas this year, and can’t summon up the enthusiasm to cook a meal for yourself.
