6. Planning – For the Council to NOTE the following planning decisions
6.1 P26/01821/TDC – Land at Half Acre Lodge Tanhouse Lane. Erection of 2no self-build dwellings (Application for technical details consent following approved Permission in Principle ref: P26/00166/PIP). Decision: Approve with conditions
6.2 P26/02056/TCA – Land At Church Lane Wickwar Works to 1no. Ash to reduce canopy on north west side by 50%, stems on south east side and reduce by two thirds to a live point situated in the Wickwar Conservation Area. Decision: No objection
6.3 P26/01994/CLP – Land North of Frith Lane Wickwar. Part conversion of existing garage to provide work space for small business. Decision: Refuse Certificate of Lawfulness
6.4 P26/01727/CLP – 34 Amberley Way Wickwar. Erection of single storey rear extension and installation of 1no. rear dormer to facilitate loft conversion. Decision: Approve Certificate of Lawfulness
