A message from Network Rail for residents living near the Wickwar tunnel:
Good afternoon,
I just wanted to make you aware that we will be working near Wickwar tunnel to clear vegetation this Saturday from 10pm until 9am on Sunday.
We will be clearing 8m of vegetation from the outside running line. Due to the equipment we need to use, this can be noisy and we apologise in advance for any disturbance to households.
