6. Planning – For the Council to NOTE the following planning decisions
6.1 P26/00964/RVC – 6 Turnpike Gate Wickwar. Variation of condition 2 attached to planning permission P24/02069/HH to change the dormer windows to a casement opening and have restrictors fitted to restrict opening but to have fail safe for emergency use. – Installation of 4No. front velux rooflights, 1No. rear velux rooflight and 2No. rear dormers to facilitate loft conversion. Decision: Approve Certificate of Lawfulness
6.2 P26/01078/TCA – Land Adjacent To Church Lane, Wickwar. Works to fell 1no Hawthorn Tree within Wickwar conservation area. Decision: No objection
6.3 P26/00778/HH – 9 Amberley Way Wickwar. Change of use from open amenity land to private C3 amenity space to facilitate the repositioning of rear boundary wall to facilitate the creation of 1no. parking bay (resubmission of P25/02824/HH). Decision: Approve with conditions
