6. Planning – For the Council to NOTE the following planning decisions

6.1 P26/01387/CLP – Magnolia House 1 Gulwell Drive Wickwar. Part conversion of existing garage to provide home office and annexe ancillary to the main dwelling. Decision: Approve certificate of lawfulness
6.2 P26/00119/F – Arnoldsfield Trading Estate The Downs Wickwar. Demolition of existing industrial building and erection of 2no. new employment units for mixed use of storage (Class B8) and light industrial processes (Class Eg(iii)) with parking and associated works. Decision: Approve with conditions
6.3 P25/02049/MW – Land At Wickwar Quarry The Downs Wickwar. Construction and operation of a mineral washing plant processing up to 100,000 tonnes per annum of waste materials producing sands, aggregates and clays. Decision: Approve with conditions
6.4 P25/02568/HH – Pound Barn Westend Road Wickwar. Replacement of 3no. existing garage doors with double glazed units, including 1no. new set of french doors with fixed side panel and 2no. full height window units with 2no opening casements in each. Decision: Approve with conditions
6.5 P25/02569/LB – Pound Barn Westend Road Wickwar. Internal and external alterations to remove 3no. garage doors and install glazing in 2no. openings and 1no. set of french doors in final opening. Internal alterations to insulate and re-line the garage roof with plasterboard. Retention of internal works of the erection of sub-dividing stud walls. Decision: Approve with conditions
6.6 P26/00601/F – Land at Oak Tree View Wickwar Road Wickwar. Retention of existing mobile home accommodation as a permanent rural worker dwelling (Resubmission of P25/01405/F). Decision: Approve with conditions

7. Planning – For the Council to REVIEW and COMMENT on planning applications received before the meeting

7.1 P26/01821/TDC – Land At Half Acre Lodge Tanhouse Lane. Erection of 2no self-build dwellings (Application for technical details consent following approved Permission in Principle ref: P26/00166/PIP).

7.2 P26/01817/OHLE – Overhead Lines Along West End Wickwar. Application for consent under Section 37 of the Electricity Act 1989 to install an additional wire to existing overheadline. The application is made under section 5(2) of The Overhead Lines (Exemption) (England and Wales) Regulations 2009 – Planning Act 2008.

7.3 P26/01630/CLE – Southfields 148C Inglestone Road Wickwar. Replacement of windows, gutters, small roof repairs, new soffits and fascia.

7.4 P26/01647/F – Land at Celestine Cottage Limekiln Road Yate. Demolition of garage. Erection of 1no. self-build dwelling with associated works.

7.5 P26/01770/PNGR – Building at Hall End Hall End Lane Wickwar. Prior notification of a change of use from agricultural to 1no. dwelling (Class C3) as defined in Part 3 Class Q of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 to include operational development.

7.6 P26/01726/F – Westend Farm West End Wickwar. Erection of walls and roof over existing stone-walled structure to form animal pen, a small washroom and farm machinery store for agricultural use.
