Sodbury Road overnight closure (Amberley Way to Pincots Lane) from 20th September 2021 for 4 nights
South Gloucestershire Council has notified the Parish Council that the length of the B4060 Sodbury Road which extends from its junction with Pincots Lane to its junction with Amberley Way, will be temporarily closed to vehicles, pedal cycles and equestrians overnight for 4 nights from Monday 20th September 2021 between the hours of 7pm and 4.30am.
The notice is for 5 nights, but the engineer from South Gloucestershire Council has confirmed it is more likely to be 4 nights only.
TYNDALE REACH RESIDENTS PLEASE NOTE: The speed table at the entrance to the Tyndale Reach (Bellway) estate will be installed on the second and third nights of the closure, restricting access in and out. There will be access for emergency vehicles at all times. All residents of the estate should have received a letter detailing the arrangements.

The closure is to allow for the installation of four speed tables along the Sodbury Road. The speed tables are required to facilitate safe access to and from the Tyndale Reach estate.
