We have been advised by South Gloucestershire Council regarding essential roadworks that are to be carried out on the Wickwar Road,
around the Peg Hill junction and quarry entrance.
From Monday the 7th of July to Friday the 18th of July the road will be subject to major resurfacing works. The works will involve the planing off of the existing surface of the carriageway, some reconstruction works and the laying of a new surface.
The roadworks will take place overnight although the road will be closed from 8.00pm and remain closed until approximately 6.00am weekday nights.
