Following an urgent request from Wickwar Parish Council, the developers Crest Nicholson, have agreed to hold a public meeting via the ZOOM platform on Wednesday 20th January @ 7pm regarding their proposal to build 150 houses on land east of Inglestone Road.
ALL are welcome, but ZOOM can only accommodate 100 attendees, so entry to the meeting will be on a first come first served basis.
1. Crest Nicholson will only answer questions sent in advance, so if you have a question please send it to Callum Warren by 15th January 2021 callum.warren@tfa-ltd.co.uk (close of play).
2. The Parish Council is preparing a list of questions that it will submit. The list will be shared on this website before the deadline of 15th January. You may wish to check and see if your question has been asked.

You will be admitted to the waiting room, then the meeting. PLEASE NOTE if the maximum number of meeting attendees has been reached – 100 – you will not be able to access the meeting, BUT you may email the Parish Clerk to advise that you tried to join the meeting. (It will be useful to know how many people tried to attend but couldn’t). Please don’t let the meeting limit put you off attending. It is important to demonstrate to the developers how many residents are taking an interest in this development!
4. You do not need to submit a question before the meeting, you may attend simply to observe.
