2. To NOTE and RECORD Declarations of Interests relevant to this meeting.

3. To determine which items, if any, of the Agenda should be taken with the public excluded.

4. To AGREE the date and venue for the next face to face meeting of the Council. (See Agenda Report).
5. To CONSIDER and take a DECISION on whether to instruct the Clerk to obtain quotations for the following tidying/ maintenance work in the closed churchyard and open cemetery: (See Agenda Report for photographs)
(i) Closed churchyard – clear the ivy from the slope adjacent to the stank after the area has been strimmed in July. (This was a wildflower area but the shade from the trees has caused it to become overgrown with ivy and then weeds in the spring/ summer).
(ii) Closed cemetery – clear the 2 metre wide area in front of the southern and western walls which has become overgrown with brambles, ivy and laurels.
(iii) Open cemetery – clear the overgrown weedy area on the southern wall, adjacent to the church.
(iv) Open cemetery – clear the overgrown weedy area in the corner of the northern wall, adjacent to the paupers’ grave.
(v) Open cemetery – clear all overgrown graves and areas between graves in the old section of the open cemetery (between the new noticeboard and the southern wall by the church).
6. To CONSIDER and take a DECISION on whether to approve the use of Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) funding (£225 plus paint) to repaint the roundabout in the play area. Work to be undertaken by Transformations Painting and Decorating.

7. To CONSIDER a grant application for CIL funding from Wickwar Community Centre (charity) for a new concrete base and storage shed (£3,940.78). (Circulated).
